Rendering & Design Boards
At LLB, a client's vision of their space is one of the most important drivers of design in our process. To develop an understanding of the clients vision, we utilize design boards to create imagery of what LLB thinks would conform to your design inspirations. After client approval of the design boards we can move on to taking those images and use CAD and 3D programs to render out the space with the prescribed design selections. This process is intended to develop a better understanding of the materials and finishes within the space before construction even begins. This service is recommended to all clients as it provides them the tools necessary to ensure that our design meets all of your expectations.
